The company has unveiled yet another unexpected flavor for the cookie line, announcing plans for a limited-edition run of chocolate-covered pretzel flavored Oreos, which will hit shelves on May 5.
This will be the brand's first "sweet and savory" cookie. The baker says it will feature chocolate flavor creme, sandwiched between pretzel-flavored cookies that are topped with salt.
There has been no shortage of unique Oreo flavors in the past few years. Among the offerings seen on store shelves have been toffee crunch, birthday cake, java chip, dirt cake, mint, and Coca-Cola.
