Fahrrad mit zwei Ketten

Mit dem Buffalo Bicycle S2 hat man ein Fahrrad mit zwei Ketten auf zwei Singlespeed-Antrieben entwickelt. Ich habe mich erst gefragt, wozu genau das gut sei soll. Aber irgendwie ergibt dieser so gut wie wartungsfreie 2-Gang-Antrieb durchaus Sinn. Keine Ketten-, keine Nabenschaltung und dennoch eine Übersetzungsbreite falls es mal schwerer wird oder einen Hügel bergauf geht.
