See the Yakuza Kiryu, Kasuga, and Majima Nendoroids
There’s a new update on the Yakuza Nendoroids from WonFes 2025 Winter, and Good Smile Company shared prototypes of the Goro Majima, Ichiban Kasuga, and Kazuma Kiryu Like a Dragon figures. Two are further along in development than the other. As they appeared as painted prototypes, this could mean that we’ll see pre-orders open for one or both in the next few weeks. Good Smile Company announced all three of the Like a Dragon figures at WonFes 2023 Shanghai, before revealing the Yakuza Nendoroids concept art for Kasuga, Kiryu, and Majima at WonHobby 38. At that point, it seemed like all three were at about the same stage of development, as we saw chibi renderings of the three leads. However, at this point both Kasuga and Kiryu photos showed them as painted prototypes, while Majima is only an unpainted one. All three characters are wearing their most memorable outfits. Kiryu is in his grey suit with crimson shirt. No accessories are shown with him, and the face plate features his stoic expression. Kasuga is wearing his red suit with grey shirt. His hair isn’t tied back, and his expression shows him with a smile and raised eyebrow. He’s carrying a baseball bat over his shoulder, hinting at one of his included weapons. In the case of Majima, his suit jacket is open and he has no shirt on. He isn’t holding any accessories. His face place shows him with a wild-eyed, possibly laughing, expression. While he isn’t painted, we can see the design on his eye patch will be recreated.
