Hotels and casino operators on the Strip have closed several longtime restaurants over the last year seeking to modernize and upgrade their culinary offerings.
MGM Resorts International (MGM) on Oct. 30, 2024, closed its limited-hours restaurant Della's Kitchen at Delano Las Vegas, which originally opened in September 2014.
