Karma Promises New PHEV and EV Models This Year and Next
Henrik Fisker hasn’t had the best luck with his automotive ventures, but his first company got a new life with Chinese funding and now says it will release new vehicles soon. Karma , built from the leftovers of the first Fisker company, said it would release an electric supercar late next year and a limited-edition plug-in hybrid model in 2025.

Karma currently offers the Revero, but its catalog will double in size later this year with the limited Invictus. While new consumer models could be a good thing for the company, it’s worth noting that it recently gave up on its ambition to develop components for commercial and fleet-based EVs. That said, Karma’s CEO said it wants to build a higher volume of EVs than it has to date, but it’s unclear how it plans to boost production.
The Revero’s production was paused for a few months in 2024, returning in the fall. Karma has delivered fewer than 100 veicles per year to date, with a total of 1,000 deliveries in its history. That could complicate Karma’s output boost, though CEO Marques McCammon said it’s only targeting between 3,000 and 5,000 units annually.

Karma’s main model, the Revero, will remain its flagship vehicle. It still looks like the original car penned by Fisker more than a decade ago, but offers a more modern interior and powertrain features.
