APTRA opens registration for India Conference 2025

INDIA. Registration is  open for the Asia Pacific Travel Retail Association (APTRA) India Conference 2025, taking place at The Trident Hotel, Nariman Point, Mumbai, between 7 and 9 April.

The conference is held in collaboration with Ospree Duty Free as the Host Partner, with additional partners to be revealed next week.

A variety of partnership opportunities are available to accommodate different company sizes and budgets. For inquiries, contact anne.kavanagh@aptra.asia.

Spaces at the conference are limited to 270 attendees, with more than half already reserved. Interested attendees are encouraged to secure their place immediately to avoid missing out. The delegate rate is US$600 per person.

Preferential room rates at The Trident Hotel are available to delegates at a -15% discount on standard rates. The offer is INR15,500 (US$177) per night, including breakfast, for the duration of the conference.

This exclusive rate is available only for hotel bookings made before 20 February. Due to limited availability, delegates are encouraged to book early to secure their stay.

Onsite registration from 2:30pm at the Trident Hotel, followed by networking afternoon and evening Welcome Cocktail Reception

Tuesday 8 April 

Conference sessions run approximately 0830-1600 with refreshment and lunch breaks. Gala Dinner evening hosted by Ospree Duty Free

Wednesday 9 April

Conference sessions run approximately 0900-1400 with morning refreshment break and finishing with lunch and afternoon networking options before departure
