‘You’re in – Go’ – ISHOWSPEED takes brutal spear during Royal Rumble stream as Triple H orders him to JOIN match after injury to star

ISHOWSPEED got more than he bargained for by with his livestream at WWE Royal Rumble after he ended up IN a match. The YouTube sensation and lifelong WWE fan had accepted an invitation from Head of Creative and Chief Content Officer Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque earlier in the week to attend the show. Poor ISHOWSPEED took a battering at Royal RumbleWWE/Netflix The pal of former US Champion Logan Paul had expressed a desire for an all-access trip to the Rumble in Indianapolis, and he got that and plenty more besides. The 20-year-old streamer’s night had got off to a fairly uneventful start as he kicked around alone backstage before setting off on a quest to find John Cena who, predictably, he couldn’t see. Things slowly started to pick up as he enjoyed a brief chat with The Miz, before women’s Royal Rumble winner Charlotte Flair stopped by and the two embraced. Speed continued a back and forth with his streaming audience as WWE stars continued to flow on their way to or from the ring, Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan next to enjoy his company, the latter preparing for his outing while the latter enjoyed a well-earned rest after her epic showing in the women’s bout. Paul then showed up to gift Speed a new jersey with his name and the number seven on the back, the garment eventually proving to be his wrestling attire. The sound on his stream was routinely cut and the camera dipped away as he exchanged words, presumably with WWE officials as they plotted his next move, which ended up being the Gorilla position, the space immediately before the curtain to head out into the arena. The writing was on the wall for Speed and his viewers at that stage, the penny no doubt dropping for many when Akira Tozawa was laid out by the eliminated Carmello Hayes on his way to the ring. Cue an empty slot, which Triple H demanded the streamer take, barking: “Speed, you’re in the Rumble, go!” before thrusting him through the curtain. The youngster feigned trepidation but soon found his feet in front of the 70,000 crowd, thundering his way to the ring and attempting to throw stars over the top rope before very quickly becoming unstuck.
