SEATTLE – Assaia, a leader in AI-powered aircraft turnaround optimization, is announcing the promotion of Tim Toerber to the role of President, Americas.
Previously Vice President of Business Development, Americas, Toerber’s new role will see him oversee Assaia’s growth strategy across the Americas, driving partnerships with airlines, airports, and ground-handling teams to maximize efficiency and operational excellence.

Toerber joined Assaia in 2023, bringing with him over two decades of experience in aviation operations and innovation. His career includes key roles at Amazon Air, the Port of Seattle, and hands-on expertise in deploying groundbreaking technology, including Assaia’s ApronAI at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA).
