SAM DEMASE: Yeah, I think a good way to adapt your search right now with, given the economic uncertainty that we're facing, is to really niche down and ineffective strategy would be to just throw spaghetti at the wall and see what sticks. So instead of doing that really niche, your search down. So making sure that you're applying for roles that are heavily aligned with your skill sets and experience roles that are not a stretch for you. I think now is not the time to be applying for a role that's many levels up. That's a stretch because that's going to go to a more experienced candidate in this market. Really niching down your search in terms of what you want. Is it remote? Hybrid, in-office? What type of leadership are you looking for? What type of team collaboration style are you looking for? Factor in all of those different things and niche your search down. When you have a narrow, focused search, you're going to yield better results than a wide casting, a wide net.
