No NHL player has represented Nashville more than Roman Josi.

Josi became the Predators’ all-time games played leader when he stepped on the ice for his 957th appearance with the club on Monday against the Ottawa Senators.

The 34-year-old Swiss defenceman was drafted by the Predators in the second round of the 2008 NHL draft and has been with the franchise ever since.

He passes longtime Predators forward David Legwand for top spot on the list.

In 956 games prior to Monday, Josi racked up 190 goals and 531 assists.

He’s played an additional 91 post-season games with the Predators, including a 22-game run to the Stanley Cup Final in 2016-17 when Nashville lost to the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Josi has 45 career playoff points (12 goals, 33 assists).

He’s signed through the 2027-28 campaign at $9.059 million per year.
