Jack William Miller will contest his second Indy NXT season as part of Abel Motorsports’ expanded roster. The move comes after the son of former IndyCar driver Jack Miller drove for the family-run Miller Vinatieri Motorsports effort, which competed as a single-car NXT program last year and faced significant challenges while pitted against their multi-car rivals. In joining Abel, Miller will have Myles Rowe, Callum Hedge and Jordan Missig to compare notes and data with as the quartet pursue careers in IndyCar.
“I’m pumped to be joining Abel Motorsports with Miller Vinatieri Motorsports for the 2025,” Miller said. “Coming up through the ranks I haven’t really had a teammate, it’s mainly been me — which can be awesome but does have its challenges. This year having Myles, Callum, Jordan and the entire Abel Motorsports group around me, and additional data points to look at will be huge.”
Team owner Bill Abel was pleased to fill the outfit’s fourth seat with a promising talent like Miller.
“Jack brings not only talent to our team, but the experience and knowledge of the Indy NXT series, which will just continue to help the group as a whole,” he said. “I see where we are today in 2025 with four full-time drivers compared to when we started in 2022 with just the one car is amazing. I think it speaks volumes to the group we have at Abel Motorsports, and what this team is capable of not only in 2025, but in the future too.”
