Metal Gear Solid Delta Release Date, PS5 Pro Support Leaked

The PS Store has ended up leaking the release date for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater. The listing also confirms that the game will be enhanced for the PS5 Pro, though it’s unclear if Pro enhancements will be available at launch or will be added post launch via a patch.

Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater release date set in August 2025

According to the PS Store, Metal Gear Solid Delta’s Deluxe Edition will release on August 25, followed by the standard release on August 28. This means that those who fork out extra cash will have early access to the title.

What’s more is that players have been able to unearth a new trailer hidden in PSN’s back end. The stunning video can be viewed here.

MGS Delta Snake Eater’s new release will come with an additional game mode called Snake vs Monkey. “In this mode, you’ll play as Snake, and round up all the escaped apes running amok in each stage!” reads an official description, which teases that there is “more to come” post launch.

It looks like this might be the second announcement that has leaked from the rumored PlayStation State of Play event scheduled for next week.
