Is Monopoly Go down? It looks like one of our favorite mustachioed men (not you, Mario) encountered some issues on February 6, as reports of players being unable to log into Scopely’s hit mobile game skyrocketed. During the downtime, while you could launch the game and even seemingly get as far as claiming rewards, you couldn't actually play Monopoly Go. After a few moments of animations and pop-ups, you were met with an error screen that says ‘We’re sorry, an error occurred requiring the game to restart’. If you hit the big, green ‘OK’ button, you found yourself stuck in the same loop of pop-ups and animations, repeatedly claiming all those same goodies. How cruel.
