Inadvertently told someone that work is gonna get busier because someone is pregnant
I'm a supervisor of a company and inadvertently told someone in a different section of the company that a certain person was pregnant and that work will get really busier for me whan this person takes time off work. This person has found out and made a complaint against me and won't accept my apology. My boss gave me a verbal warning. Is this correct? And what next? Is this all over and done with and resolved?
