How are these answers to "What's your biggest weakness"?
I am preparing for an interview for an IT researcher position at a large company. One common interview question that I am somewhat afraid of is "What are your weaknesses?" or variations thereof. Possible answers I am thinking about are: As an introvert, I tend to focus on my work rather than communication with colleagues. I am very bad at selling stuff. I tend to dive too deep into details. I cannot leave hold of my work, at weekends or in the evening, I often find myself researching work-related topics. I cannot say "no" to anything, try to please everyone What do these options imply to an interviewer? What makes them suitable or unsuitable for an answer for this position?
