Hello there, Slow Cookerers!! It is FRIDAY and for many many many (many!) Americans (and probably other countries, too, but since I don't know for sure, I'm sticking with what I know. :-) ) Friday = Pizza Night. Since we went gluten free back in 2006 due to a family allergy, getting our Friday Night Pizza Fix isn't quite as easy as it used to be, because I need to plan a bit better.
