I want to know how to cover your back in the office place. For example: Don't gossip. Always communicate through email for important work so that you have a digital trail if something happens. Human resources works for the company. I know so many people who were screwed over by their co-workers and company. I don't want that to happen to me. Any advice would be appreciated.
