Up this point Tiger Woods's Sun Day Red has embraced a less is more mindset to establish itself as a contender in the lifestyle performance category. And the scarcity over saturation model has seen success with many of the brand's drops selling out with some help from Tiger himself. Most recently, SDR capitalized on Woods' appearance in the new Tomorrow Golf League where the Luare Chain Stitch Hoodie he wore on arrival became a hit online. But now the brand is ready to explore uncharted territory by releasing a comprehensive Spring/Summer collection of apparel, gear and accessories. As always, the garments were developed with direct input from TW.Leading the way is the lineup of polos which is divided into three categories. The Heritage Polo which was introduced last year and features a roomier fit with classic patterns. The Refined Polo which is relatively tailored and feature high density silicone logos which won't scrape against the skin. And finally, the Performance Polo which is engineered to move effortlessly with the motion of the golfer.The sweaters are similarly designed to avoid any impediment to the golf swing, a consistent emphasis for Woods. The 3D Knitting process allows SDR to build a sweater from a single thread, completely devoid of seams. And this textile is knit into a crewneck or quarter-zip silhouette. Finally, Tiger's favorite cashmere sweaters and hoodies round out the layering.
