Today’s Marvel rumors include X-Men Reboot to film in 2026, with casting soon, plus some Daredevil: Born Again S2 casting news. Let’s start with the X-Men Reboot which we’ve been hearing is about to start casting and may film this year. Well Jeff Sneider says he’s heard the casting process is about to begin and he has a name. However, Sneider says the film will shoot in 2026 for a 2027 release. Check out what he had to say on social media below.

The implication being that by CinemaCon we will know some of the cast and the director for this movie. Let’s see what the next few months bring.

Our second rumor today is a piece of casting call news around Daredevil: Born Again Season 2. Daniel RPK on Patreon says he’s heard Marvel is currently casting for a recurring role. A female character in her 40’s of Greek descent, with a one-year contract for Born Again Season 2.

Some fans are of course wondering if this is Elektra? However I’m not sure that makes any sense. Surely the actress Elodie Yung would be brought back for Elektra? Though I guess we shall see what the role ends up being? It could also be connected to Elektra, meaning Yung may be on her way back also?
