I'm very sure that somebody, somewhere in the bowels of Waterside, believes that the changes being made to the British Airways Executive Club are the beginning of an increased source of revenue for British Airways, and that the changes herald the dawn of a new era for the airline's relationship with its customers, but I haven't yet seen or read anything that explains to me how this is all going to happen in practice.
