Games leaving PS Plus (Last Chance to Play)

Sony has yet to confirm the list of games leaving PS Plus Extra and Premium in March 2025, but in what has become a PlayStation LifeStyle tradition, we’re sharing player predictions for upcoming departures. As usual, these predictions — which have been accurate since we began sharing them last year — are based on established departure patterns. Rest assured, they are not random guesses.

Games expected to leave PS Plus Extra, Premium in March 2025

As pointed out by Reddit user kayrakaanonline, Resident Evil 3 was added to PS Plus a year ago. Capcom games, like Resident Evil 2, tend to stay in the catalog for 12 months, so RE3 is almost certainly leaving the service in March.

Elsewhere, Square Enix continues its pattern of pulling games from PS Plus after 24 months. Completing two years in the service next month are Life Is Strange 2, Life Is Strange: True Colors, and Final Fantasy Type-0 HD. So, expect these three to depart as well.

Last but not least, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot may leave PS Plus in March. Kayrakaanonline pointed out that the game’s PS4 version was added to PS Plus two years ago, which is the maximum that Bandai Namco Entertainment games remain in the catalog. However, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot’s PS5 version was added one year ago.

That said, there is history of Bandai Namco pulling games after 12 months (like Tales of Arise), so Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot could possibly be in the list of departures.

Most of the games listed above have short campaigns, so go ahead and knock them out.

As a reminder, here are the departures Sony has confirmed for February.
