DJ Khaled Announces New Album 'Aalam of God' With Action-Packed Film Trailer

DJ Khaled is taking it to the next level when it comes to new album drops. Taking to social media to reveal his 14th album Aalam of God, slated to release later this year, the artist reveals a star-studded and action-packed film trailer starring Mark Wahlberg and Anthony Ramos. Khaled reveals the news of his new album in the seven-minute album trailer which sees him on the run with a duffle that appears to be his album. On the run with Ramos, Khaled speaks of two Drake songs in his possession. Wahlberg appears over FaceTime, commanding his henchmen to track him down. However, it turns out that Ramos is on the the job too, as he later tries to steal the records. As Khaled gets away and flies off on a private plane, he gets on the phone and tells an associate, "Do me a favor, send Rihanna the record." Khaled continues to draw comparisons of his album to JAY-Z's The Black Album, famously known to be the his retirement record. Khaled writes in the Instagram caption, "This is not my last album, it’s my Black album." The album is named after his five-year-old son Aalam, which he explained in the past that it translates to "the world of God," in Arabic. Watch the official trailer for his new album below.
